getVEDANGA provides free Vedic astrology tools and educational articles for personal, non-commercial use. Free means free: no paywall, no subscription, no expiring trial.

What astrology is — and is not

Our content is educational and cultural. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Charts, rashifals, muhurtas and tarot readings are traditions of interpretation, not predictions of fact. For health decisions, consult a physician; for legal or financial decisions, consult a licensed professional.

Accuracy

We compute with the sidereal (Lahiri) ayanamsa and publish our methods openly. Calculations are provided "as is"; we work continuously to keep them precise, but no software calculation replaces a qualified human astrologer for major life decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or republish our content or calculations commercially without written permission.
Do not misrepresent our output as professional medical, legal or financial counsel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made using our tools or content. The map is not the territory; the chart is not your life.
