getVEDANGA is not a startup that discovered astrology last quarter. It is a desk — a small, stubborn circle of scholars who have lived inside this science for decades, and who got tired of watching it sold back to people as fear.
This project grew out of work that began long before the website existed. Decades of chart consultations across Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Varanasi and Chennai. Panchangs checked by hand when the power failed. Matching folders carried between families. The kind of practice that does not fit in an app store description — and does not need to, because its results walk around in the world: marriages that held, timings that worked, names that fit.
Where our senior scholars learned the craft — family lineages, gurukuls and university departments of Sanskrit and jyotish. (здесь — ваша история: годы, имена, места)
Tens of thousands of consultations, matchings, namkarans and muhurtas — the quiet volume of work that teaches what no textbook can.
Watching the science migrate online — and watching precision replaced by panic: auto-generated doshas, fear-based upsells, charts sold like lottery tickets. (ваша мотивация)
getVEDANGA goes live: the same disciplines, the same scholars — now free, instant, and open to everyone on Earth with a browser.
No login, no trial, no paywall, no "premium kundli". The eye of the Veda is not a subscription.
Every dosha is checked against its classical cancellation rules before it is ever shown to a human being.
Every article is signed by a named scholar with a biography you can read. No ghost-written content, no AI horoscopes.
When the science cannot answer, we say so. Remedies that work are taught; remedies that are theater are named.
Ten scholars now sit at the desk — from a 29-year-old psychology graduate in Bengaluru to a 61-year-old panchang scholar in Pune. They argue, they verify each other, and they write everything you read here. Meet them all.
